Phantom Omni-Aided Reading System for Blind People In this project, we developed a system to help blind people to read. Our system is very useful for blind people, especially for the people who became blind later in life. We used the Phantom Omni to draw characters and words. Users just need to hold the pen and feel the movement of the stylus. By using our program and the Phantom Omni, users can read any document on the computer and websites. This project studied how normal people can read without vision by using our reading system. In the experiment, we tested normal people in order to improve our system. By analyzing experiment data, we find some factors may affect result of reading by using our program.
